He's formed a stutter that was never apparent in his 50 years of public life, the man is very forgetful, he spews unintelligible "words", and he often rambles about things that make no sense to the topic. All of this, he'll do in the same conversation. His recent townhall was a good example of just how bad his cognitive ability is, that you think there's any defense with a snotty quip shows that you're either very dishonest or of low intelligence. If it's not the latter, you should be ashamed for your complacency in this elder abuse.
