  4.  @FredrickTesla  pass, the leaches should pay their debts. If someone goes to school and comes out making less than 20 an hour, they made some very bad choices. And choices, good or bad, have consequences. Bring back debtors prisons, people will start paying and acting responsibly. Also, you're incorrect about median income.
