The Court isn't always correct. Illegals should be counted separate and states should not get more representatives for people who are not citizens.

@tmseh it most definitely adds congressional seats, population directly determines how many you get in the house. How do you not know that?

@tmseh when you run a warehouse and account good and bad, you don't ask money for the bad, it gets tossed out and you then count good product.

@tmseh I will reword what I said with more words, so you understand and not misinterpret. You count both the good and bad product. Once you have counted the bad, you separate it and remove it. You do not count the bad towards the number of product you can sell and you don't ask your customers for money for product you know is faulty. When you discover you have bad product, you find the reason and solutions to prevent loss in the future. Don't be mad your example was dumb and works entirely against your intended point.
