Stay on topic, don't ADHD your way around. All members need to pay the agreed upon percentage. Your ramble about figures is irrelevant, as it's percentage based, and we pay ours and more. If you actually look it up, many nations are still not paying their 2%, but are apparently on track to get there in another 5 years. That's simply pathetic. As is though, we should all be grateful to Trump. Had he not called them out, almost none would pay their required percentage. In 2014, we were one of 3 that did.
