He later says to this woman at the end of the clip that he's going to bed, he slows his speech and starts rambling, WH cuts him off and ends the interview. He's not ok, maybe you're not either if you think he is.

  5. @Anthony33431  that's not really a good defense, pretty clear you should dislike Biden. Aside from his creepy behavior, his family's dealings, his racism, he's not mentally well. It's not a matter of dgaf, he's broken.
