He's just laying down some truth about Musk

@foskco87 need to do some more research, you couldn't be more wrong about your towing comment. Shows a lack of car knowledge and lack of knowledge of physics.

@Jesmith112 it's not real until it meets crash, and pedestrian standards, has other standard safety features, lived up to the quoted figures, and is in production. This is a concept car, until it is road legal and in production, it is not a real car. All you're saying here is that you're not a car person.
13
@Jesmith112 it's not legal by any standard. It's a concept, not a real car.
10
He's right, you're just too ignorant to know it.

Dude is right about the Tesla, 100% Musk is a snake oil salesmen, hyping up his fanboys to inflate his stock. Tesla owners, some of the most dishonest car owners out there, buncha beta testers claiming everything is GREAT.

@Harpreet06 ah, yeah. Sometimes it can be hard to tell when someone is on your side, as comments in YouTube are usually angry thoughtless point scoring. I dunno, maybe Joe was doing a little fanboying. He didn't seem well educated on Elon Musk or Tesla. Maybe he just didn't want to get utterly roasted by the rabid fan base musk has. He didn't seem to want to agree with much, while also showing he didn't know much about the topics. How much a car guy is he really, if he didn't know how bunk that tug exhibition was? Doesn't seem he understands physics too well. Joe does have some interesting conversations with people, but he often comes off as an empty vessel. Matt was opinionated and yeah, some was opinion, a lot wasn't.

@absoluteunit8628 yeah, sure thing, cool guy. Can't debate the point, be a condescending prick and act superior, AND I'm the one with the complex.
3
@sonyeddie they sound more like fact, if you look into Musk and his practices.
2
@theandice8152 false, there are much more important factors than just that. Facing up a hill puts your weight more on the rear wheels, which works out horribly for the ford, facing downhill. The ford never stood a chance, aside from it being rwd and on inferior tires, they also broke traction in a way that also worked in favor for the Tesla. Loading up and spinning the tires before the Tesla even started. Physics, physics all over the place.
2
Win or lose, they don't need to compete, #1 in truck sales and they'll stay that way.
2
@ryanp0342 proof Musk should have lost that case
2
@johnt2914 he was right about Musk
2
@johnt2914 still, the idea was too slow. The kids were out within a few days of that. Musk wasn't needed, wasn't helpful, but interjected himself for his own benefit, then lashed out and damaged a hero's persona.
2
They fanboy hard, don't they. Matt is on point.
2
Too much reality for you
2
@Harpreet06 the interior comment wasn't about the Cyber truck, it was a comment on Tesla interiors in general.
1
@Harpreet06 neither was Matt. Across the board, they have plain and sparse(cheap) interiors.
1
Then Musk should hand the cars out until he is broke. What a ridiculous thing to say
1
@johnt2914 so, his submarine idea was a good or bad one?
1
@johnt2914 wrong, in this case, it was a bad idea. There was barely enough space for a man with scuba gear on. And the children needed immediate rescue.
1
He's laying down facts, it's on you if you're too much a fanboy to get it
1
awesomeguynamedjon you do realize when your name isn't in the response, it's not a response directed at you, right? This one is, it's for you. You can find info on Musk's habit of making false or misleading statements to get a jump in stocks, or his repeated failures to deliver on outlandish promises. It's out there, and Matt wasn't wrong.
1
awesomeguynamedjon again, my original response was to the first person who we are all under. If you took issue with my response, I was responding to that. Are you a senior citizen? You're showing a profound lack of understanding how YouTube comments work. When you comment on someone's comment, you will receive notification for any comment after that, regardless of if they're directed at you. When someone's comment includes your name at the start, that one is directed at you.
