  23.  @JustSewer  The sticker was on that mother's car; not at that school. If that mom had gone to that school and put said sticker anywhere on it, then yes what the school did would have been justified, but that is not the case here.

And regarding the second paragraph, as far as I know, she is concerned about both things, but she seems to be what one would call a wacky mom (in a good way), but yes, making her pay a penalty fee for being an idiot is the best option, so I agree with you on this in general.
