  1. I don't like Rodger Stone however this is the USA. Everyone should have fair trial and justice. This case is epitome of mistrial. Foreman on jury should have disqualified herself. She's an attorney too! Should be disbarred! The judge is corrupted too.

  3.  @mrkkg27  I am looking at facts . The stone judge is an Obama appointee. Tomeka Hart is an attorney who was on jury. She looks like she was tweeting before, during and after the trial. Her tweets are obviously bias against stone or anything Trump. Every juror gets a questionnaire to fill out prior to trial. If Stone's lawyers knew she was bias, they are just as corrupted. This woman should have disqualified herself. Makes you wonder how many other jurors were also tainted. Either way, this is an example of mistrial. I hate Stone but everyone deserves a fair and just trial. It's about country. We are the USA.

  4. Actually...it isn't Barr who is incompetent. It's the previous administration. The judge on this case is an Obama appointee. The jury foreman was also an Obama admin. Remember the insurance policy. Well this is it! I hate Rodger stone. But all deserve a fair and just trial! This reeks of mistrial. Wonder how many others got blasted too. Imagine if you were Rodger Stone?! This is why Barr is using an outside DC prosecutor to look into Michael Flynn case! It's the swamp.

  7.  @letstalk749curious2  sorry but the evidence I have looked at shows major government corruption. Obama was corrupt in my opinion. It's all about money. Extorted money from foreign countries. If that does bother you, then you aren't an American. Ultimately, taxpayers are the victim. Americans want accountability!!!

As a juror you need to be impartial. It's all in the questionaire. Plus I think the judge put a gag order on. This juror was tweeting during trial!!! Mistrial
