  36. I just sold my house and plan on moving into my new house Monday. It's crazy market folks. You see a home and like it. Bid asking price. Then you find out you are just one of the 11 bids considered. People are paying 10 to 20k over asking price. No lie. It's nuts. Eventually, the house will depreciation...buyer who overbid will be at a lost and wonder what happen. I was lucky to find a home at what it is worth. I'm glad it's over.
