I don't think Trump will bail out debt. PR had it prior to hurricane. They'll have to refigure out their pay back. Trump will support the recovery like Houston, Louisiana, Florida and Virgin islands. But never waive prior debt. Each state/territory is responsible for their own in that department. It's what makes US. Independent and strong.
