I just sold my house and plan on moving into my new house Monday. It's crazy market folks. You see a home and like it. Bid asking price. Then you find out you are just one of the 11 bids considered. People are paying 10 to 20k over asking price. No lie. It's nuts. Eventually, the house will depreciation...buyer who overbid will be at a lost and wonder what happen. I was lucky to find a home at what it is worth. I'm glad it's over.

@champion1390118 I believe it. I was not going to pay over listing. I found one. It's not like my old home...but I will make it look like a million bucks. My buyer bought everything inside it too. I have no furniture today. Blank canvas.

@champion1390118 yes. I sold my house for 287k but the buyer wanted all my decor and furniture. I sold those for 25k. House I bought is blank... bland no color. It will take me a year to get it all done. Maybe longer. Prices are too high. I'll start shopping garage sales and ebay.

You will find out there are others who will overbid at selling price. Good luck.

@Openminded4life yes .. inventory is low. Everything is expensive. New construction is crappy workmanship. Not worth the investment. They are building for rental folks.
