  1. Social media hosts should take responsibility.. Google, Facebook, Twitter...they all are platforms for terrorists or fascists to promote their agenda be it hate or not. The report just doesn't cut it. I think fines should be sent to individual (s). The IP address...leads to potential source...I think that's a start. There's no control/censor. It's really dangerous especially for younger vulnerable audience. But then that's who they are targeting...
