They have an election investigation dept within. The AG is the one who determines if fraud was committed. He or she have evidence in front of them. If he does find fraud, he will proceed to prosecute. The funny thing about the purge is that it was done by an anon password from different locations at different times. The cyber guys were smart. Since election board deny the password and routers 3 times, they created a virtual boot up within the system. This enabled them to create a new password to the log. Once in he found 59 transmissions to purge data. Each if the transmission has a time stamp and it's IP. He said some were done by mobile phone. Even if they destroy the phone, the carrier has the data that they used. He followed the signature, then used the security camera to pinpoint the PC and time. He caught the people but didn't kick out the names. The AG will do that.
