  2. Lmao. As an investor I think it's very clear. If you look at market, July was the month which showed all truth. Pelosi didn't extend the stimulus date. Insteat she got her roots dyed. It told investors nothing would be done via congress untill after election. Market has held at 27. It will hold there until election...then it will shoot to 30!
