  1. He's going to have to set up death panels. Its what happened in socialize medicine Italy. They have only so many beds. Government failed to set up health system which would manage a pandemic. Same with new York and Callie. During OK city bombing, they saw the need for more hospitals. OK built more since then. They can't build a ventilator in a week. Its impossible.

Gm, 3m, etc all have focused on this thing today. Apple donated 9million masks. Socialist government puts limits on number of doctors and nurses too. Cuomo had not just one opportunity but two to buy more ventilators and build more hospitals. In 2008 a new York committee study told all the state needed some more hospitals. 911 told them this. In 2015 again governor was shown to get more med supplies . He ignored it . focused on getting rid of trump and pushing stupid crap like abortion funding. Callie the same.
