  1.  @cobrasvt03  no. As I said...SS is a trust. To get it you must work. Earn credits. If you should die before age requirement, the cash goes to daughter or spouse. She won't be taxed on it either since she is way below 24k .

  2. Medicare and SS are trusts where government is fudiciary. They can't touch it by law. Now they can increase age requirement. Pray they don't. Medicaid is a government funded program. That one should be reformed..
