  1. In 1988 i was attending a democrat fundraiser in Chicago. I remember it well...the Clintons introduced joe Biden to Barack Obama. Biden was being propped up for to spot. Biden was suffering from seizures. He had memory laspes. Fact. In 2008 or 09, he had his frontal lobe removed. The surgery was successful. He had no more seizures however, he still wasn't all there. It's why they tapped Obama and Biden as second.
