  1. This boy is not guilty. After watching video and testimony, I don't understand why it got this far .. It's obviously self defense. If someone points a gun at you, you better shoot first! His family should sue the crap outta of media and City! Lots of questions: did they arrest the fire starters? Why didn't they arrest the shot so called victim? I'd sue him too.
