  4.  @V0lk  it sits in treasury right now...that's the point. When they put together CARES act, it was a two prongs deal. They were to reassess the economy at end of July 31. Mcsalley kicked out a motion to extend the deadline to dec 31. Pelosi hammered it down. In doing so, she forced Trump to figure out another way to get cash to people. He signed executive order in August...took cash from FEMA. Fema is for national emergency.. today unemployed get Trump cash and state unemployment combined until dec 31. States had to apply for the money as if a hurricane or twister hit them. Meanwhile pelosi created her hero's act. She alone passed it since she sent congress home. Look at the roll call. Only two. Plus, only 60 reps were physically there. Back in March she initiated vote via proxy. If a rep turned in vote blank... pelosi could fill it. She's a disgrace. Press keeps all this mum.
