@jaykay415 1) Trump only has 3 cases. None have been thrown out. 2) hundreds of private citizens are suing georgia, michigan, nevada, michigan and Wisconsin for identity theft. Their law suits are on public record. Example, several people in pennsylvania waited hours to voted only for a poll worker to tell them they already voted via mail ballot. They are furious. One person in public affidavit said she found out she voted over 8 times. Her name is common but they used her address as an Id. She is furious. 3) Trump legal team only needs to prove discovery. They have expert reports, witnesses, images of checks, etc to present in court. Once they get discovery, they then can supeona. Dominion didn't show up for court, hence they forfieted their right to defend. I get information from direct source. Public records. All the affidavits are public. The press isn't covering it. They are part of the fraud. Guilanni mentioned one case in detroit for you to check... Constantino vs city of detroit. This man had his identify used to vote for other people. There's another family in nevada where they found out grandmother voted Nov. 3. Well, she died in September! They are suing. Some of the suit have been dropped...but there are hundreds out there today.

Americans don't like others to mess with their vote be it Dem or goper. In nevada, a Dem lost because his name was under Trump's on ballot. @Thezuule1 rig? You mean like the ninth circuit. This election fraud has been going on for decades. They knew this was going to be an intense election. Trump had wide margins up until 10:30pm. Then all stopped. Why? Georgia said a gas pipe busted...yeah right!? The dominion software crashed because it was being over loaded with Trump votes. So...after election day.. they grabbed all mail ballots they could find. In wisconsin at 6am they counted 143k ballots all Biden. Don't you think that's odd? Huge spike in graph. Statistical that can't happen.

@Dominic Addenbrooke also..media doesn't determine who the president is. Legislature determines the electoral college electors. If there is any reasonable doubt, they won't certified. Case in point michigan and wisconsin. Nevada hasn't either.

@Dominic Addenbrooke fyi...in US there is a process, Canvas, recount, legislation. After all are done, then and only then will states legislatures certified. They certified in senate session. It's been like that since washington! Transition takes place after inauguration. Not before just to let you know all in american civics class.
