  1. They don't have a case. Trump organization will counter suit. Any time you scheduled a special event, you need an umbrella insurance policy. The capitol police and city are included. Now... People who were injured by capitol police can't sue them. They can sue individual though if he or she wasn't working or in a police capacity.
