@MasteroMatter did you read it... It's a Marxist bill. Pay attention to part where it says states must first get fed permission to even start a project. It's Marxist.

@MasteroMatter understand this... I don't think you read the bill. The unions will be getting big money...while paying their workers nothing. Each state is unique. The federal government can't order a state to build or tear down road. They can't force them to buy into this expensive electric car fad either. It's a Marxist bill. Are you a Marxist supporter?
