  2. I just looked over this case.. Cops had a warrant. They apparently via a witness presented themselves at door. Boyfriend initiates shooting catching one officer in leg. So he's down. The other two officers start to shoot back. The one officer emptied his gun but only hit walls of apt. The other officer hit the gal who was with the boyfriend..5 times. The boyfriend is not charged. The police officer who shot the walls is charged. Go figure. Sounds like gal was with a bad guy. Got caught in crossfire. Boyfriend is out in public today. I'd be scared if I lived there.
