  3. Best to watch this video in it's entirety. Abc! It looks like he was initially wearing a ski mask and was shooting at them. Bits and pieces of body cam are out folks .. Watch all of it not just parts. Odot cam shows him firing all over the place. He was apparently armed. He was also wearing a ski mask. Wonder if the 911 call was for possible robbery. He could have killed someone on highway.
