  6. FYI...the autopsy report showed the man was full of PCP!! race had nothing to do with this one. Man was over 6' on PCP. He didn't follow officers direction. if a cop says fall to the ground, you do just that. instead, this guy raises his hands then faces his vehicle...she repeated her command, he ignored.
