She's incompetent.. anyone who blames other for not doing their job is INCOMPETENT. Her first priority is to work with federal government not bash it. PR is totally devastated. This kind of crap gets back to those who are already there trying to recover. Her first priority is to the people who voted for her. Remember Ray NAGIN.. HE WAS ON DRUGS.. AS SHE IS TODAY! Why don't those who broadcast this.. donate their power source to hospital or nursing home. It's pathetic. PR was bankrupted before this catastrophe... This kind of stuff doesn't help them get help from the mainland.. I think they will clear, restore power.. provide food and med supply and that's it. The rest is up to them.
