  2. Millennial ? Get real I'm a boomer. It's all over news that Puerto Rico is a dead island.. no power anywhere no internet.. So.. how can this guy be broadcasting.. a generator required fuel.. plus, it has a back up battery. If they are going that route.. the transmission would be crappy. Camera requires a battery or energy source for audio. Also.. how did this guy get there without US military clearance... My pals in Puerto Rico said cruise ships are evacuating. The US navy is bringing in battery power packs and generators. They aren't set up yet. It's search and rescue time... not recovery. Think about it. If these journalists have resource power...then why aren't they giving it to nursing homes, hospital etc..
