This is about state power vs Federal. There's nothing in constitution that says anything about a trimester or fetus. It's easy constitutional law. It will be over turned. Abortion however will always be there no matter what. It has been since dawn of man.

@UCV7Me0ij2Pu44g63Cc5W9SQ the state agreement is pretty clear in Constitution and bill of rights. Nothing has changed except for a judge going against precedent in 70's. Should have been overturned years ago. Each state is unique. What happens in new York stays in new York. Same with other 49. If you don't like it, you can always move.

@ssjrose9641 each state has different gun laws. Illinois, California, new York, and some east coast states have very strict gun laws. Yet most possess high crime stats.
