  2.  @crocodiledowny2191  oh...it will. Note it's not just him on the suit. Thousands of people are on it. Big tech will probably request it to be toss but free speech is very clear. And if you look at their disclosures the info they list prior to setting up account, they did censor people via Polly agenda. Attorneys will show numerous examples where individuals followed rules and still were suspended for no reason under their own rules. Big tech will then try to settle out of court. But I think they will be denied. Plaintiffs will settle after verdict. Allowing court to decide amt.
