  2. Here's the truth. Thousands of people will have to STAY at shelters or places of displacement for months/years! The economic impact is in trillions. The country has never experienced long term displacement with masses of people/wildlife.

  3. ThrummerOfLove have you ever been through something like this...I can tell you, living without power is not fun. Those trees first need to be cut and removed. Then, you have intense inspection. This takes months depends where you live. Then you have the actual rebuilding. Infrastructure needs to be rebuilt. Can't fix or clean up if you can't access. I've lived with Oklahoma twister intense twister. We had an ice storm back in 2009. To this day..they are still rebuilding. Moore Oklahoma twister was bad too. Some have left home as is. Took insurance cash. It will take years for Florida to recover. Parts will recover...but it won't be like the past.
