  3.  @teresachapman205  it's really sad. Biden isn't all there since that surgery. Biden was supposed to run for POTUS back then. In fact the Clintons introduced him to Obama at a Chicago Dem fundraiser hosted by Hillary. I was there. When his health declined, they propped up Obama. Brain surgery saved his life but mentally he's gone.
