  2. CaneFu FYI the way Medicare works is if everyone works. the more you work, the more you get once you reach age requirement. what if you don't want to work!? I've known many people who don't have enough social security credits.. today they are approaching 60 thinking, I'll get social security and Medicare pretty soon. Here's the problem, there are not enough gen xers and millennials to sustain all the boomers and cuspers! at 57, I'll probably won't see a dime of my social security/Medicare. they'll raise the age requirement!
