  1. She in a sense is a carrier of disease... It's her choice to become one. However, she also should realize that she should NOT send her child to an environment where others maybe vulnerable to illness. She is a terrorist. Here you know your kid doesn't have vaccines.. for say german measles..She sends him out to public. Exposes him to a pregnant woman. 95% chance her baby will have deformity. I think they should create a town where those who don't believe in vaccinations can live. Stay there.. don't come out. It will be interesting to see just how kids who don't get vaccinated turn out when they are in teens. Boy in a bubble.

  2. exactly.. it is clear.. she is in contempt. She can always sue. There are rules in courts. This is an example of one rule broken. Contempt.
