@Thyalwaysseek you apparently we're never in a catastrophe. Supplies are critical. Water, paper, med supplies... Fed job is to protect and defend it's population. They are the backup for each state. I've gone through ice storm in Oklahoma and twisters. It took weeks before Obama FEMA sent SOS. In Houston, it only took a couple days!

@Thyalwaysseek no...the stuff arrived...it was just mismanaged like the territory was before. Corrupted local officials. Where do you live? I currently live in tornado alley... Oklahoma..

@Thyalwaysseek also if you have gone through a natural disaster before, then you should understand no one is allowed in the zone until the storm is over. First responder goes first...then national guard... FEMA follows. You don't send people in if the danger is still there..you wait!
