  2. every woman who worked has had experience with sexual harassment. Back in 80's it was the norm. Guys and gals got away with it.If a guy was harassed every day.. it wasn't considered bad behavior. Some were flattered. We didn't have law suits back then. Today, a person can. I've known many who have been paid off to just keep quiet, especially in sales positions. Today, gays get harassed big time. They need to step up. I think it's the # 1 reason for quitting a job is sexual harassment. The feeling of going to work with a pervert is the worse. CEO's and company owners are the worst. Abuse of power. They know you need the job badly.. it's a control thing and the punishment is minimal. The perv moves on to the next victim.
