  2. I lived through the 1968, 1977, and 1982 Blizzards in Chicago. I also lived through Southwest drought in 2015. I don't see any weird weather... it's mother nature. Winter is here. We can have another Blizzard in February. Remember when the Mississippi Flooded back in 1927 and again in 1993 and then again in 2003! The snow melts.. then floods, then summer arrives with it's heat waves. It's all part of nature.
