  15.  K H  there is no set rule on scotus nominations. It's up to potus. He nominates, Senate starts it's process. Then they vote. Again, I think they all thought Clinton would be POTUS. It's why they never accepted Trump. It's really unAmerican. 2016 election is a first where I have seen losing party declare war because their candidate lost. It's one reason why I changed my party from independent to gop.
