They steer poor and mentally ill in ghettos, put them on welfare, brainwashed them to continue being the victim... literally strip away identity. Then bam, a person says enough already, finds a firearm and kills people. Chicago is a cesspool because of the election cheat. The Democrat Marxist exploit the teachers unions and others to assist in the cheat. All are happy...cause they get paid well and maintain power.
