All the landlords has to do is declared his property uninhabitable. He turns off all utilities because he can't pay bills or taxes on it.

@ChameleonMD123 that's true. But if leases haven't been updated, he can do anything he wants to his property unless it belongs to bank. He can make it very difficult for anyone squatting.

@ChameleonMD123 I know of a situation where landlord was paying taxes...but the tenant destroyed the apt. He took them to court...court deemed it uninhabitable. Tenants gone. The courts are going to have a field day with this... It's a mess.

What about the landlords. Are they going to pay them. It's really illegal. I think.
