  1. He's going to try and take away state power.. The generic mail ballot is out in many states. His problem is the constitution. Constitution clearly says it is legislature which determines the electoral college electors. In other words, a secretary, governor, or even a lawyer like him...can't mess with the way each state determines vote. Each state has a group of legislatures. The communists Dems exploited covid to push the mail ballot dropped in boxes. That was illegal.
