  4.  @lolz616  no...you don't get it. The debt ceiling is set for future spending. Note the thing is for 2022. The debt service fee is paid every month. It's a set fee. It is around 44 billion per month. When the government shuts down, it doesn't mean government stops taking taxes out of your payroll check. They continue to so so. The cash flow doesn't stop. Think about it. Social security and Medicare are trusts. It's your money.
