Inflation will spike. You'll see imported products go way up. Interest rate for loans will increase. The Chinese yen will go up. This will affect everything and everyone. It's a mess while media sticks with warm and fuzzy Biden support. Watch the stocks dive. There's really nothing one can do to hedge when a government defaults.
