  1. I blame them...they didn't know how to deal with a mentally challenged kid. When his mother died....the state should have been his guardian.. instead they let him go.

  2. Blazed and Confused I agree. This kid like many fall through the cracks. They move special education kids along... coddling parents along..it's a lot of work to teach a mentally challenged kid. Fyi: special education teacher are at the bottom of pay scale. Fact! Most assistant only get paid minimum wage.
