@TheDkb427 sorry dude. I'm almost 50 years old and spent over a decade on Oakland and am from Seattle. Your view isn't the reality. The reality is that if you're brown or Black, the cops will beat the shit out of you without penalty if you even vaguely get out of line. If you're white and have some money, they might hesitate but not always. I've seen it with my own eyes over and over.

@TheDkb427 or do you think that the reason the streets of cities are filled with people protesting the cops is becuase Soros is paying people to protest or it is a commie plot? The lived reality of much of America is the cops are not your friends and they are there to keep you and yours under control. It's only different if you're a middle or upper class person with money and confirm in all ways.

@bramdoe3303 you need to read up on actual behavior of Oakland PD and Seattle PD, for two examples. Gosh, why are they both under federal oversight and consent decrees?
