because YouTube just doesn't care, they do what they do, example below I heard a verified channel got into copyright with some company, YouTube did nothing. Then when the company dropped the claim realizing they were wrong, YouTube demonetized that video and then a ton of them even without the usage of said company, and then his videos weren't getting recommended, then the guy said he thinks YouTube is killing his channel

@robb8246 so he would be owning the dying brand of Sony :)

@Campocosas because YouTube is now a corporation like what many despise on YouTube because Google bought it from Andorra in November 2006. That is what many forget, its NO longer by itself, Google is the "adoptive" father in this story, and google is a corporation

I think it started from around the Gamecube era, because Gamecube sold poorly, Wii had trash games for 90% of its library, the Wii U... but the Switch is their favorite power child. I think they want to get back at their fans for all those years of pain. But now they have stopped besides the occasional times it makes sense, like the Pokemon shooter game

who?

@M64bros I think its Professia Gaming

@M64bros because pretty much everyone (not my own theory) that did Nintendo stuff was targeted by the fake Nintendo except him, and also Gilva was bigger than him, and he probably wants a monopoly over Nintendo content
2
but why would they go for Gilva NOW when they had a decade, and in their harsher days, to do so?

@tsurugizaki thats my point its been here since 2010, when Nintendo would take them down do to their harsh days and never trust YouTube for the truth or reliability

they haven't stricken any random channel for a long time. For instance, the Pokemon shooter made sense, a goory Pokemon game in the eyes of kids when a good percent of their audience is kids wouldn't sit well with Nintendo, except the Pokemon Company did it meaning that I dunno when the last time the OFFICAL name of Nintendo has been used to strike down, so I guess they gave up striking channels that aren't doing anything malicious with their content.
