@space.junk101 Slavic people are not Russian people. Russian people are only half Slavic by blood and genes. Slavisation of Balkan peninsula started in 6th century it is much older than Russia.

@bobstone0 Maybe tak is Polish but in all south Slavic languages (Serbian, Croatian, Bulgarian...) yes is da.

@bobstone0 What nations? Croats, Serbs Bulgars and most other Balkan nations are Slavic speaking foreigners - by blood and genes. They were Slavicised by Slav minority that came to Balkans. Slavs came from Hungary and Eastern Germany - Sorbs.

Romanians stopped Slavicization the transformation from Latin based to Slavic language like Serbs, Croats, Bulgars and others did it long time ago. It is time to restart Slavicization in Romania. Don't you think so?
2
Really? Why you stopped Slavicization of Romania then? Look at Serbs, Croats, Bulgars... - they all became Slavic speaking nations while you kept Latin based language. You just took few words from Slavic languages like the word DA for yes.

@dandondera2618 All other Balkan nations that speak Slavic languages except Slovenians are also not Slavs and now they speak Slavic languages instead of Latin based languages. Serbs and Bulgars are as much Slavs as Romanians are Slavs.

@razvanstavrica5995 Romanians should take a Slavic language that is not neighboring for their own to replace this old Latin language. I propose Slovenian or Slovakian.

@notreallyhere67 yes Poland is hardly inspiration for anyone. Greetings from Slovenia.

@aachoocrony5754 anyone is better than Russia with Putolini in power. How can you support that little fascist?
1
@aachoocrony5754 Russia is actually younger than my country because my country existed under different name and shape in 6th century and it was one of the first Slavic countries.
1
@aachoocrony5754 my country Slovenia is older than Russia. The old name was Carantania and existed since 6th century.

@mariankoniuszko666 most words are of Latin origin unfortunately.

@Sofia-0001 because it is time for Romanians to become a modern nation with a modern language. Ask Serbs, Bulgars, Macedonians, Bosnians and Croats why they replace ancient Latin with Slavic languages.
1
@Sofia-0001 What are you talking about? Slavic languages are more expressive than English and they sound beautiful. You should learn one to understand. Romanian on the other hand sounds like an old almost like prehistoric language.
1
@Sofia-0001 Romanians together with Albanians are regarded as a "black sheap" of Europe - as thieves... you know what I mean. Maybe Albanians even deserve this mark but it is not fair to Romanians. The reason why you are regarded as such is in your backward language. You should stop using it and your reputation will improve a lot.
