Then you get half of American men that had sex with an underage women so they committed the same crime that Kelly and many of them are so dirty that are blaming Kelly for doing it to more than just few girls. We cannot put every second American into prison for such offense. By law adult shouldn't have sex with a minor no matter how large or small is the age difference. So the offense is the same if 18 years old man has sex with 16 years old girl or if 60 years old man has it with the 16 years old.
