  1. People don't know how to do the TDD properly even those that have many experience doing it. The key to properly do the TDD is in DELETING many unit tests that are fully covered by larger and more useful unit tests like Kent Beck proposed in his famous book. Unless you are deleting many smaller unit tests you are not doing TDD properly and so you end up with way too many unit tests that are too small and rather useless.
