Hallo how can expect from lawyer to say that affidavits are 100% truthful? Lawyer wasn't there to see the fraud. He could just discard some clearly false affidavits. It is the job of a judge to decide the truth by looking at ALL probable affidavits before he decides. How can judge reject the case just because some affidavits were false without looking at many that were true? This judge is clearly totally biased against Trump. The supreme court is going to decide.

Crooked judge should go to prison because you can't dismiss the case just because of few false affidavits that were removed. Those false affidavits might as well be connected with fraudsters and crooked judge knew it.

@random__484 many proved that they were there - they worked there and saw things that were not yet publicized like a van arriving at 3:30 and their affidavits are also worthless? Beside how do you dare to claim that there are no affidavits with a proof since only 8 of around 1000 (in all states) are publicly accessible? Clearly you are just a biased hater of president with no real knowledge about how judicial system works. This judge just decided with same lame explanation that he is going to pass the case to the higher court. Supreme court will look at the affidavits and decide the fate of elections.

@barrybeunhaas3336 judge didn't even look at affidavits. When judge heard that lawyers dismissed those that were clearly false he just dismissed all of them without even looking at them. Finally judge in Nevada is going to look at the evidence. Most judges just want to pass the cases to higher courts.

@pjwhitlock4198 opposing lawyers should prove that they are all false and it is a hard job to do when there are so many. Judge can still decide that there is not enough evidence of fraud but only after all probable affidavits are presented to the court. I actually think local judges don't want to decide that and they are dismissing claims so they will go to supreme court.

How can judge dismiss the whole case just because few affidavits were false and were not provided as evidence. Of course lawyers can't know if provided affidavits are all 100% true duh. Judge should study them all and decide the truth. This judge is totally biased against Trump.

Crooks had a bad luck with Supreme Court that became slightly biased toward Trump since he appointed the last judge. Yes because judges are usually doing their jobs. This judge rejected the case just because some affidavits were clearly false and were not filed at the court by lawyers so judge dismissed all affidavits. Wow this judge is totally crooked.
