The fact 2 is: Trump was the first to send Ukraine weapons to defend itself against Russian rebels and eventually against Russian army. The fact 3 is Putin preferred Biden for president over Trump because he didn't dare to openly attack Ukraine while Trump was the US president. Trump is only going to make NATO stronger alliance by demanding from NATO countries to increase the support and help to Ukraine.
